MS Chorus

Course Description

Course meets every day for half a year. This course aimed at introducing students in all grade levels to a variety of choral repertoire. Emphasis is on developing foundational vocal ensemble skills, including, but not limited to: accessing the full vocal range, singing 2 to 4-part harmony, sight reading (solfège), score reading, and good rehearsal and stage habits. DESE Description: Chorus Chorus courses provide the opportunity to sing a variety of choral literature styles for men’s and/or women’s voices and are designed to develop vocal techniques and the ability to sing parts.
