Course Description

This course is a second year program in chemistry and is the equivalent of a general chemistry course taken during the first year of college. It reinforces all of the chemistry concepts that were taken during Chemistry I, adds a comprehensive set of laboratories, develops a broad understanding of descriptive chemistry, and introduces advanced topics in chemistry. Ultimately, the course will prepare students to excel on the AP Chemistry examination and will provide the foundation for advanced science study in college.
