Course Description

This course is a continuation of basic skills introduced in Japanese 1. Students will expand their communication skills learning a wide range of vocabulary, advanced grammar and expressions to communicate more effectively. They will further develop skills to provide and obtain more completed information and to express feelings and opinions. Students are expected to participate in various class activities and to produce various products including a research project. Japanese culture and social issues will continuously be studied. Japanese computing will also be introduced.
